In this 4-week summer program, students will take classes to learn about the local culture, language, and educational system. In addition, students will be placed in the University of Taipei's lab school in the afternoon to observe, shadow, and teach. Field trips will be arranged during the week and some weekends so students can visit other cities and schools (kindergarten to college level). Service-learning will be required when students visit the tribal villages on the east coast.
Alumni, Keisha, created a YouTube video about her experiences on the program. Within this video you'll find many photos of the classrooms, students, local cuisine, field trips, and more!
