If for any reason a student must withdraw from their Study Abroad program, the following policies apply:
*Exception: the Study Abroad Application Fee is refundable only if a student's application is NOT accepted for the program applied to or the program is cancelled due to low enrollment.
Accepted students choosing to withdraw from their program, for any reason, must submit an official Withdrawal Form to the Study Abroad Office, Williams Hall 102. Students must contact the Study Abroad Office and/or their program specific Study Abroad Advisor to request a Withdrawal Form.
Until a student has submitted the Withdrawal Form, OISP reserves the right to assume participation and consequently the student will be responsible for all costs incurred by the university and/or program sponsor and/or host university on their behalf.
We ask that students DO NOT manually change their Application or Student Status to "Withdrawn" on their Study Abroad Application Portal.
Contact Us for more information or to obtain a Withdrawal Form from your study abroad advisor.
