This program is specifically designed to give students first-hand experience in Argentinian food production from farms to manufacturers to markets and restaurants.
Students will earn 3 credit hours during this 10 day program in Argentina.Students can choose one of the following courses to receive credit for:
The program will incorporate several site visits to local businesses, cultural activities, and city tours.

Students will spend about 10 days exploring the cities of Buenos Aires and Rosario, Argentina.
Students will stay at a centrally-located hotel and share a room with another ISU student.
